Day 62 Fast Day

So today is a fast day. Going to try a cup of tea with my tummy. This did not go well. I had burning all day. Really depressed as it means that I'm just not really healing very fast. Therefore, I made the momentous (for me) decision not to drink this weekend. I couldn't have picked a worse weekend, dinner for my birthday, spa weekend with the girls and dinner with the family Sunday. My reaction has shown me that alcohol has become a social crutch however in certain situations. I'm happy to go to situations where I don't drink but I get nervous if I know it's the norm to drink as I'm afraid I'll be bored basically. So in fact this is a great way to reacquaint myself with my personality on a night out.

But things went even further down hill. I'm not sure that I'm not bleeding again in my stomach after the 2 cups of tea. The acid is pretty bad, but I've also received a letter to say that I've had an abnormal test for HPV. However, it would appear that the abnormality showed up in March, they sent me a letter - which I never got, the Doctors gave me the all clear on one test but clearly never called me about this test. Coming home to this has panicked me and is certainly not helping my tummy - I'm just depressed now - not really looking forward to my birthday at all now tomorrow. My fast day didn't really work out but didn' really care

10am:licorice (10)
1pm: bacon & vegetables medley with herb butter (320)
6pm: 2 mini kinder bars (140)
9pm: @fatdog breadroll

So my calories worked out at 730 and carbs at 62g

My bread rolls are lovely - I made 15 - so enough for plenty of days. akthough I might freeze them as with the weekend ahead I'm sure I won't eat alot. I don't think they mixed as well this time - probably need more eggs. I used

250g brown ground linseed
125g coconut flour
100g oat bran (all I had)
4 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
salt
lots of water

That made 15 rolls - some of which I flattened out into a flat bread - there is 159 cals in each but only 5.6 carbs. I had 1 with butter last night - very filling and delicious. Having said that - acid removes my appetite so haven't exactly been hungy.

I give the day 1/10 as my health is a wreck
