Day 75 - a disasterous feed day

9am: Chai Latte(200cals mmmmm)
11:15am smoked salmon salad (200)
12pm: cheese board (150) - on the plane
5pm: gluwein (100)
6pm: cheese and ham starter (300)
duck breast with red cabbage (500)
tortilla pancake wraps (400)
red wine (500)
So the breast of duck arrived with pancakes and I just ate them. Rage. I didn't order the dumplings with slovakian speciality goats cheese in order to avoid carbs and now I might as well have and I would have much more enjoyed it. Also , I discovered this morning that the quarter wine bottles were a bit bigger than 1/4 bottles. Waking up I felt quite crappy which I shouldn't have as it wasn't that much wine - I checked the alcohol content and noticed the bloody bottles are 25cl - thats 1/3 of a bottle. so I had essentially a bottle of wine last night - now it was by accident but I shouldn't have had it all. It's my first failure since starting the reducing alcohol thing - ok it's not an abject failure but I need to do better than this. So today is another day and today is another test and I will be better prepared. I can get non alcoholic punch at the xmas market and drink sparkling water at the corporate dinner. I will certainly NOT be having wine in the bath back in my room. The wine back at the room is the habit I want to break most. The reason being that you can be in your room treating yourself while working or having a bath for 4-5 hours when I work abroad. Its become my habit to have wine to console myself having to work late or wine in the bath.So I'm breaing the habit tonight. fingers crossed it goes better than yesterday - My calories were too high so need to make up for that too
