Sigh. I give up. I really wanted a glass of wine the other night and I abstained. Nothing is going right except perhaps in my career (and we will see how that goes as I have my review today). Yesteday I was never hungry and the day went fine.
8am: fatdogs brown scone and peanut butter(200)
1pm: vegetable stirfry in oystersauce and fish sauce (120)
2 biscuits (45)
4pm: 2 mandarins (36), jellys (80)
7pm: 270gm chicken (445), basil mayo(90), natural yogurt (65), Parmesan Cheese (42) and frozen veg (38)
8pm: tea and 2 pink wafer biscuits (76)
My cals were 1200, carbs were too high at 97. So what do I want to do to cut out carbs there: the jellys were 20, natural yogurt 7. That would bring me down to 67. The satsumas were a whopping 20 though so I need to find lower carb fruit as I want to substitute the jellys for fruit. The rest I can work with. I've just used a calculator to work out how many carbs are recommended for my height- its about 145 but another calculator said 39 gms but I think that is for weight loss. So I think I will stick with 40gms or under. I'm going to try meal planning because with work and my mood I'm indulging too much. Now I did buy low carb biscuits but presumably the sugar in those is going to have an adverse affect so I'm going to concentrate on bluebarries, rasberrys and strawberries to replace those cravings for low carb fruit. I'm going to shop at lunch today and will stock up for weekend.
Today is actually day 85 and a fast day. However, had a bit of a horrible conversation with the OH today and its made me lose my appetite so not anticipating that today will be difficult. I'm the type of person that stress and rejection causes me to lose my appetite when related to my OH. Its Friday the 13th and its been an awful start to a fairly shoddy week. I don't see it getting better - I'm going to buy some primrose tabs today I think though. I give today and yesterday 0/10 - I don't think I've ever hit those scores before but feel like I'm in a bit of a dark black hole
