Weight : 8st 11

Ok not too bad. Actually when I first got up this morning I was 8st 12.5 but I was so bloated. I have just been drinking coffee and stuff today and gone to the bathroom quite a bit and I'm down. So I'm happy I don't appear to have put up much and am probably just bloated from yesterday. The goal is to hit 8st 8 if not less this week as Ill be low carb, 5:2, 16:8 and running. I'm on a load of diets at this point.

I'm finding today very tough due to a sugar crash again. Those of you who read my blog will know that I recently re-introduced carbs due to running and its made things worse - not better. I'm crashing where I should be getting used to fasting. I'm not even hungry, I just feel shaky and tired. So with the help of my friends on the forum, I've researched a lot and realise I'm using sugar for energy and not fat because of what I'm eating. I need to go back to less processed and more home cooked food. So I made a huge pot of mushroom soup. I fried up 675gms of mushrooms (150clas) in 2 tea spoons of coconut oil (86 cals). I then put 2 stock cubes in loads and loads of water ( 42 cals). So the whole pot is 278 cals but I'd say I have about 6cups of soup in there - 42 cals per cup. I have also taken out chicken breasts and I am going to make up a thai chicken curry with lots of veg for dinner. It will have coconut milk, thai curry paste, veg and chicken. I will work out cals when I'm making it but only eat 450cals worth of it.

I've had a cup of the soup and I've just gulped a huge glug of sparkling water to see can I stave off this sugar crash. I have a 6mile run later that I really need to be ok for as I struggled on one of them last week. I will write later with an update.
