Day 91 Fast Day

by jmousey on 20 Dec 2013, 15:58

Weight: 8st 9

Ugh. Just keep going - bloating from the night before and tummy flare up. Got some news today -on top of my stomach issues I'm anaemic. I have a blood level of 8.2 - I'm hoping that explains why I'm so tired and dizzy. It probably relates to the bleeding in my stomach. Anyway I've started my iron tablets and hope to see a change in the next week.

So my fast day was ok -

1pm: 400gs carrot & parsnip (112_
4pm: 2 cookies (110)
7pm: fresh vegetable rogan josh & pink wafer biscuit(332)
8pm peanuts& chocoalte (191)

Total around 744 cals. Not the worst but I'm in a terrible habit about eating biscuits and stuff since I cut down on alcohol. It's like I have no restraint. Obviously it's all part of an addictive personality and hence why I've lost no weight despite cutting right down. Very annoying - Well come Jan I'll just have to be stronger on at least 2 occassions per week and take each day a t a time. I really hope the scales says 8st 6tomorrow - its the best I can hope for since I'm no where near my goal of 8st. But at least 8st 6 I wouldn't feel quite as big as I do at 8st 9 (remember I'm very short)
