Battered sabotage

Had fish and chips last night.... Felt bloated and sick after.... Fast again today.
I know they are practically the worst thing you can eat so don't know why I sabotaged myself. Will be doing 4:3 and 16:8 for rest of week to make up for it. Weigh in Friday so will assess any damage then.

Movement at last!

So weighed myself Friday and was 2lbs down!! So pleased, I needed that to motivate me to keep going. Friday was a 16:8 day and have been relaxed at the weekend (chinese on Friday and leftovers saturday...oops!!) but I tries very hard not to eat too much and had very little for breakfast and lunch. I was hoping the dental surgery on Saturday was gonna curb my appetite but sitting around all day seemed to make it worse, it's surprising how many soft mushy things I could find to eat in my kitchen! Well, back on it today. Figured Monday was a good fast day, get one out of the way early, Tuesday will be 16:8, as will Wednesday, fast Thursday then 16:8 and weigh in again on Friday. Gym days will have to be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, maybe Saturday ... fingers crossed this week will bring another loss w :victory:

0lbs lost :frown: but i'm not giving up just yet. I'm gonna try combining the 18:8 with the 5:2 during the week and step up my workouts to see what that does. Today i will be fasting coming off the back of a 16:8 yesterday, gym tonight then 16:8 tomorrow, and nothing on the weekends. This weekend however i'm having dental surgery so will probably be fasting for a couple of days anyway. Well, will see how this goes for a couple of weeks. I want it to work, I love the fact that on non fast days/hours I can eat the food I love (as long as I don't binge), and hate the thought of going back to calorie counting... or worse an ever increasing waist line!

First Week Over....

....and I daren't weigh myself, I feel heavier and clothes feel tighter. Fasting again today so might hop on the scales in the morning (is that cheating??). If i've lost nothing I will know why - too many calories on non fasting days, might try counting but really don't want to.

Highlight of last week - discovering a spin class (albeit I haven't been able to walk since!) Lowlight - my second fast day, went over by 200 calories and had the worst headache.
