10 days have passed since my last blog and 9 days since my last weight entry and I only managed to stay where I was. I know I am not following the diet properly. I am doing well on fast days, but really bad on feed days, so the weight is just going up and down all the time. I am just taking this period as a practice period for when I will start the diet properly :confused: . Just need to get focused once again as I was when I started in the first place. We'll see. In the meantime waiting for the arrival of baby Ruben. Hopfully in the next few days. Happy fasting to all.
