5th fast and I am not feeling well

by juliusi on 28 Mar 2013, 09:04

Today is my 5th fast day, but it s not going to be an easy day. Yesterday suddenly in the afternoon I started to feel strange. I was feeling like feverish, buty didn't have any and so the afternoon and evening went by. I didn't eat anything since my stomach was upset (I probably caught one of those bugs that are quite common lately here) and I didn't know how this was going to affect my today's fasting. So far and it is 10am I haven't eaten anything, but I don't know if I should fast or not. The fact is that I already know that for the next 4 days I won't be that good food wise so I really want to make it today a fast day, but I feel very weak and I am pretty sure I will need something to eat soon. I will try to fast, but if I see that I need something more I will add some cals to my daily allowance. Today I weighted myself and of course the weight was a bit down since yetsterday, because of skipping dinner, but still there, not going down that much. Read some interesting post about how the alternating eating accelerates the weight loss and I really hope that after my initial loss it will continue going down. Today of course I won't run and hopefully I can recuperate on the weekend and in this way minimise the gains I will have over the Easter weekend.

We have not inherited the world from our forefathers; we have borrowed it from our children.
