Fast #14

by juliusi on 29 Apr 2013, 08:18

So the weekend has gone and I am on my 14th fast today.
Since I fasted on Friday, due bank holiday the previous day, I only had 2 feed days for the weekend and the weight stayed approximately there, which is a good sign. Looking at what I loose during my fast days, tomorrow mornig, hopefully, I will see some good numbers on the scale. As I have already said and noticed, lately I am not loosing weight that much as in the beginning, but overall so far I am still in the pound loss average, which is right for this kind of diet. At the end of the day it all depends on how much I eat on the remaining 5 days and I know I don't always behave properly and have to be a bit more careful on those days.
Unfortunately unlike others on my feed days I have this urge to eat and knowing I can do it makes me do things I shouldn't and this explains probably my slow moving, or better not moving at all for the month of April, recently. I see that the 3.4 kilos lost show their result when looking at myself in the mirror where I see that my upper part of the stomach has flattened completely (unfortunatley still have some belly which is the hard part to make disappeear) and the belt I usually use has no more holes left and this is very ecouraging, but have to do something to loose the remaining 2 kilos by May 25th, because so far the trend projected by libra tells me I will reach the target by end of June, which will be great in any case, but could do better without those kilos on race day.
Had a great week with my running, having run more than 87km with lots of hills and climbs in it which is great for my race. This week I will take it a bit easier running because on Saturday I have my 6hrs race and would like to get there not too tired.
Ciao, ciao,
J
