Fats #3

by juliusi on 28 Jan 2014, 06:31

After one week back on the diet things didn't go as planned. I didn't loose any weight, but gained 0.1kg. I perfectly know why (didn't follow the diet almost at all so I have no excuses). Yesterday I put a bit more effort in the day since it was a fast day and today I weigh 0.5kg less. Not as much as I remember from last year when I started 5:2, but this is probably because I haven't started to weigh food. Anyway the important thing is that I did it properly and now it is just a matter of keep looking at the calories for the nexrt 2 feed days. Unfortunately not doing any activity makes things a bit more difficult (this could be the reason of less weight loss), but right now this is my situation and therefore I have to deal with it. Looking forward to get into the 81kg steadlily.
'Till tomorrow have a nice day.
