...I leave for my race.
Tomorrow finally I will fly to Pisa and then to Florence for my race on Saturday.
I am very excited because even if it will be very hard I look forward for a few days off the office and away. The only bad news is that it will rain for the whole day and I really don't like the idea of being for more than 12hrs running soaked wet, but at the end of the day it is just one more challenge to overcome.
I think I can say I have achived my goal of reaching 74kg by race day. It seems that I am now established in the low 74kg and this is ok for me. Once back and back into the 5:2 routine I will look to get into the 73kg and see to keep that weight.
That's all for now.
Wish me luck for Saturday.
Ciao, ciao,
Julius
