Yesterday I had my 6th fasting day and today I was eager to weight myself. I do it everyday because I like to see the change that happens on constantly and see the chart hopefully have that downward trend with the little ups and downs. Easter as I said was a huge surprise since I put on really little weight when usually I gain kilos and today after my fast I set a new personal record since I started 5:2 logging a wonderful 76.2kg. To be honest I thought I would see the magical 75kg, but I suppose I have to wait just few more days. I am quite confident I can soon see that number since the diet is going fine and I have adapted well in this new WOE. What I have noticed yesterday is that I was fine without breakfast (never thought I could) and I had lunch at 3 not feeling really that hungry. But as soon as I ate I just couldn't think about anything else than food until 7 when I had dinner. Today I read in some posts that maybe I should avoid carbs and this is something I will try on Friday. I don't want to skip a meal completely and wait for dinner, but will have some chicken and see if things improve.
Yesterday I managed to squeeze in an hour of running covering a bit more than 11k and in a while I want to go for another run, that will keep me busy for a while and then pick my son and go for a nice lunch home. Today I want some risotto, maybe a mozzarella or goat cheese and then there is a little choccolate bunny I haven't touched during Easter days that is there looking at me and just asking to be eaten (I have been very good and spared it).
Read today in a post about someone feeling not well after eating italian food. Bella Italia is not Italian food... :doh:
