Ok went to Berlin to the fair and managed to be almost a good boy. Came back with little on and tried to make up with Saturday fast (instead of Thursday when I was away) and yesterday Monday. Today the scale said: 81.2kg which is 200g less than last week. Of course it is not the half kilo the diet usually makes you loose, but I know the diet I am doing is not really that accurate as it should be. I still eat a little more than the 600 cals allotted and I need to better from this point of view, but overall I am still happy to see the numbers decreasing which is what I want. Next goal is to see the 80 number. The back seems improving but still not allowed to run. I really hope to start on March 1st, that would be great. I am sure that once I start training again I will drop the weight a bit more easily.
