Seeing the finish line

by juliusi on 30 Apr 2013, 08:25

Things are looking good and the diet is still working for me. Today I hit a new PB and for the first time I saw the 74kg mark, even if it is only 74.9, but still in the 74kg. Even the BMI (the old one, not the new one) went below the 24 for the first time. As I always said I never took seriously that number, but as with the scale if it goes down it means something good is happening.
I know that today's weight is a result of yesterday's fast, but who cares it is still very encouraging.
On a more serious note, looking at the tracker I can see how the peaks I get after feed days are always a bit lower and therefore after fast day weigh in is going down. I can see the goal getting closer even if Libra tells me that I will reach it by end of June, but I really hope not. The thought of getting there makes me very happy because is a weight I really look forward too, even if I know that probably will look at something lower once I get there.
Yesterday I didn't know what to have for my only meal and went for oven baked chips. I had 300g of chips with 50g of ketchup which gave me 520cals in total and since I had some licorice during the day, that probably brought me over the 600cals, I didn't eat more food, which was enough anyway.
Well go running now for an hour or so.
Have a great fast and non fasting day.

We have not inherited the world from our forefathers; we have borrowed it from our children.
