So far, so good!

by juliusi on 26 Mar 2013, 09:05

Yesterday I had my 4th fast and I did go a bit over the 600cals. Had an apple that my son didn't want to eat and some vegetables that I didn't want to leave in the bag so I went over the allotted quantity, but weighted myself this morning and the weight was down to 77.3Kg, that is 1.2Kg less than yesterday (!!) and 2.1kg less than I started. As usual my weight keeps going up and down drastically as I had already noticed previously when dieting or reducing my food intake. As soon as I diet my weight drops considerably, but as soon as I have something more my weight skyrockets again. Today in theory since I am training, following my TDEE, I can consume 2650cals and I want to have a close look at what I eat during the day. Had so far a nice breakfast and will have an apple later before training. I really want to have a close look on my food even because after my next fast on Thursday I will go home to visit my parents and stay over for 4 days. It will be very hard to resist to all the good food my mother will cook, not talking about all the sweets that are common in Italy durig the Easter period. I hope I can control myslef, but I have some doubts
Good fasting (and not) to everybody.
