Just for the record, on my fast days (M & TH) I eat breakfast at 0700 (2 eggs and toast) and then eat a bowl of soup at 1800 (daily total calories 500-550). On the remaining feed days, I eat normally. In fact, this past week, I ate quite a bit of chocolate and was hoping to just maintain my previous weight loss. (Those darn Cadbury Eggs... do they put crack in them? Sooo addicting!)
