I descussed this choice on the forums and I was surprised that I was advised to lay off the carbs on fasting days. I have low carbed in the past loosing 3 stone on the dukan diet but as a lifestyle I didn't find it very sustainable. Short term I think cutting carbs on fast days would be easy but I think I would soon get fed up with it and reach for the bread. So a I'm in a bit of a dilema on what to do with that information though I might give it a go but accepting that sometimes carbs will be included.
The excersize is going well and I'm finding that I much prefer to run or excersize in general on empty. I feel so much more energetic without all that food sloshing around inside me.
Today is a regular eating day and I got up to yet again not fancying breakfast, I'm just not hungry. So no breakfast it is for me, I think I might naturally be slipping in to the 16:8 routine on regular days. Although I do like a snack in the evening, how hard would that be to give that up or have it earlier? At this early stage its all about experimentation on what feels right for my boody and what I think I can maintain long term. Watch this space!
