Airport Day Fast

I detest plane food, so declared yesterday a fast day. My flight from SFO to London did not take off until 6.30pm and all I had all day was a glass of coconut water. I refused all food on the plane until an hour before we landed. It was a mango and banana smoothie which tasted vile, but very happy that I completed a 24 hour liquid only fast. 3 fasts this week. Back in the groove maybe. :like:

I know! I left 28 degrees! Snow here in Northumberland tomorrow. I don't care, I'm getting my hair done! How are you Caroline?

As everyone has said, have a wonderful visit home, Karen - you are not missing much in the way of weather, as its cracked up a bit here too this weekend. Have a lovely time and a safe flight back to SFO !!!!

I'm ok thanks. Moved my scales and that promptly put me 5 -6lb heavier so I've now dropped 5 of them and am 4.3 mon, weds and fri.
With regards to my op I'm feeling lie, I've never had half my insides taken away. Flattish tumm. I've just shouted out for help choosing a dress for two weddings (June July.) in your fashionista tent and my buddy thread, I have a favourite,
