Broke the no sugar rule

Not a fast day today but still trying to get into a new routine and still not time zone shifted properly. Consequently awake at 3am and a bulletproof at 5am. By 10am I was hungry and didn't fancy the juice, chia and berries I had packed, so ended up eating 3 bananas (CARBS!!!) and extra coffee.

The team are trying to include me in the office culture and offered me a cookie that someone's mother had made. Well it was rude not to try it. The sort of thing that melts your teeth - biscuit base with almonds on top and caramel over the top. The sugar fix continued tonight as I had some black sea salt caramel chocolate in the fridge which needed to be finished.

So all in all, not a great day for food, but I'm putting it down to tiredness (that's my excuse anyway).

Fast day tomorrow. HOpe the sugar monster does not come for me so might have some glutamine tonight and tomorrow.

black sea salt caramel chocolate - This sounds absolutely amazing!!! Where does it come from?

The salt is from Hawaii! And they are all skinny! (It's California:-).

I find it really difficult to fast when I'm jet lagged or over-tired. My body goes straight to the sugar. Once you've adjusted to the time difference properly, it'll be back to normal.
