Cold Turkey Day 2

by rawkaren on 30 Apr 2014, 05:53

Calories 1224 (TDEE is currently 1481)
Carbs 297g (85%)
Fat 9g (6%)
Protein 29g (9%)

Breakfast. Green smoothie (pineapple juice, celery, spinach, apple, lime and ginger), 3 small bananas blended with half a mango and fresh lime juice poured over a bowl of blueberries.

Lunch. Home made gazpacho, green salad with a dressing made of fresh tomatoes and the other half of the mango. 2 dates.

Dinner. Home made gazpacho. Huge plate of purple sprouting broccoli from the garden, 3 slices of fresh pineapple. 2 dates.

Who knew there was so much protein in raw veggies. (It's in the greens). This is about as far away from low carb as it goes, but call it an experiment. I'm starting to feel better.
