Raw Karen's Blog

Day 110

by rawkaren on 08 Dec 2013, 10:13

Yesterday was supposed to be a fast day but OH was keen to celebrate a new customer win. He has his own small business and he had been trying to secure the client since the summer. We even missed two holidays due to the bid process getting in the way.

Anyway its the first time in five years that he is going into Christmas with a full order book so we toasted his success with a bottle of champagne. And I'm one never to complain.

So as a consequence, calorie intake for Saturday was 962 plus a headache this morning. :curse: :curse:

Carbs 24% 30g
Fat 64% 35g
Protein 12% 14g

Bulletproof coffee for breakfast. Lunch was sauted mushrooms, shallots, garlic, shredded brussels sprouts and tamari with some zero noodles. I had a 6 walnut halves and 25g of cheese to go with the champagne.

Ah well. Exercise was chest shoulders and triceps pus 40 minute walk on the treadmill whilst watching 'I'm a celebrity" on catch up. I'm convinced Jawbone overestimates the calorie burn when it uploads to MFP. It says 397 cals burned so it might have mitigated some of it, but not really a fast day.
