Day 120, Fast 41

by rawkaren on 18 Dec 2013, 10:48

Today is my second fast this week. Need to keep ticking them off and plugging away. Another party last night. I have had to estimate my calories for the day and I reckon I was around the 2000 mark, yet my TDEE is 1433. Not great, so a fast today may help towards the deficit but with last Sunday being a meltdown too, I'm thinking right now that I might end up gaining this week, even if I can fast again on Friday.

On the positive, I managed to stay low carb for the last two days so this water retention is starting to move.

Estimated Calories for yesterday 2000

Carbs 14% 54g
Fat 66% 111g
Protein 20% 73g

Breakfast - bulletproof coffee, lunch - tin of tuna in spring water in two paleo crepes and green salad. Coyo yogurt, a few walnut halves and a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter  (I was hungry yesterday!). Snacks of cheese and some home made 100% cacao dried fruit bites. Dinner out prawn tempura and pheasant breast with cabbage and bacon bits.

Bad news is that I'm now second week into my not doing much exercise. I have only done one yoga session in a whole week, not many steps either. So need to pick it up today.
