Raw Karen's Blog

Day 165

by rawkaren on 02 Feb 2014, 05:25

I have done a straight 5:2 this week but nothing more. In fact I have been a bit out of control on non fast days as I have been eating sugar again. As a consequence I'm feeling quite fat, but maybe it's just my imagination. I was going to fast today but got bored this afternoon. I had also bought some fish at the supermarket and I think it is always better to eat fresh rather than leave it a day. I'm just sipping some warmed almond milk as a bedtime drink. I put a little cinnamon in it, but the cinnamon tastes slightly different here - a little more bitter. Anyway its stil nice.

Breakfast - Bulletproof coffee
Lunch - shrimp and salad thai rolls (in rice paper)
Dinner - sea bass and salad in lemon juice dressing, no oil
Snack - Fresh coconut water, square of chocolate, two dates. Mug of almond milk

There is a place in town where you can get a salad for 480 calories. So I'm calling it a fast day salad. This is what it looks like.
