Day 67 Feed Day

Fasted well yesterday and stuck to the green juice with a couple of SeaSnax (toasted nori sheets) with no nasties in them.

Calories - 413 (my fasting day allowance is between 364 and 500)
Carbs 82% (103g)
Fat 6% (3g)
Protein 12% (15g)

I also did a five mile walk on the treadmill as the weather was so foul. Woke up this morning feeling great (now remembering why I used to be a raw vegan as two days of green juices), and decided to have a bulletproof coffee (large version). Boy it hit my stomach big time, even though it tasted wonderful. Maybe bulletproof aint so great after all.

Re-started P90X today. Technically I'm not fit enough for the programme, but learning from yoga, it takes practice and discipline. Today was chest and back, and then ab ripper x. 75 mins in total. Bearing in mind I was working out on bulletproof coffee only, I did surprisingly well. Did not manage all of the push ups, so went slow and also did modified versions. I can't yet use a pull up bar (and OH complains when I hang it over the doorway of the gym as he thinks I will break the frame :shock: ), so I used resistance bands instead which was probably a better way to break into the regime. The killer was ab ripper x. Only 15 minutes but torture. I thought I had strong abs as I'm fortunate enough to have a reasonably flat tum (its all in the trunk), but I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow. I can feel my lower back tightening already, but that might be the seated back fly's I did on the chest and back regime. I only used 5kg weights and P90X is about lifting heavy, but I'm not up to that yet.

Lunch was Hairy Dieters Prawn Korma and I used coconut cream instead of cow cream, followed by Hairy Dieters sugar free tea loaf. I have only had 685 calories so far so I need to figure out what to eat for the rest of the day (waayyhay :grin: ). My TDEE is 1455.
