Raw Karen's Blog

Day 83, Feed Day

by rawkaren on 11 Nov 2013, 09:54

I fasted yesterday as I plan to do another 4:3 week (yesterday, tomorrow and Thursday). As a consequence I'm down a quarter of a pound this morning but still up on Saturday's weigh in. However I now have a week of data from True Weight which says I have lost 1.2lb's in a week (but this was because I started out a couple of pounds higher than my Saturday weight). So week to week I'm down, but basically ping ponging around a bit.

Calories for yesterday - 557
Carbs 8% (11g - v nice)
Fat 48% (29g)
Protein (60g)

Breakfast was a small bulletproof coffee
Lunch was a large steak and a huge pile of broccoli stems plus a raw carrot whilst I was preparing.....

I also did an hour in the gym of plyometrics and a one hour walk as it was such a gorgeous day. Today is yoga.

Weigh check in day will be Friday this week as I'm away for the weekend. I'm seeing people I have not seen in a while. I was hoping to have lost more in time for this visit, so they probably will not notice.
