It all started nicely with a bulletproof coffee and a piece of chicken for lunch with a big pile of leeks. The wine came out in the evening accompanied by a couple of pieces of sourdough toast, piece of cheese and a large portion of kale and walnut loaf.
On the positive, I did my steps yesterday and also an hour of yoga.
This morning, I feel pretty ropy so I have already eaten most of today's intake. I don't want to fast, so it looks like this week will be a standard 5:2. That will be interesting. I suppose at my rate of loss I will be happy to maintain. At least I have plenty of fuel for the gym workout today
