Day 98

by rawkaren on 26 Nov 2013, 10:41

Yesterday I did something I have not done since I first started this WOE, I broke my fast. It was a bit odd because I normally stick very well with fast days, but it might have been something to do with the fact that I just have alot going on right now and we needed to have one of those evenings where the bottle of wine comes out and we have a wee chat about things. Well you can't really drink on fast days as it makes you feel terrible, so I ate twice as much as I would normally do on a feed day. Golly.

Calories - 2226
Carbs 34% (150g)
Fat 45% (88g)
Protein 21% (90g)

It all started nicely with a bulletproof coffee and a piece of chicken for lunch with a big pile of leeks. The wine came out in the evening accompanied by a couple of pieces of sourdough toast, piece of cheese and a large portion of kale and walnut loaf.

On the positive, I did my steps yesterday and also an hour of yoga.

This morning, I feel pretty ropy so I have already eaten most of today's intake. I don't want to fast, so it looks like this week will be a standard 5:2. That will be interesting. I suppose at my rate of loss I will be happy to maintain. At least I have plenty of fuel for the gym workout today
