Day 99 Fast Day 32

Yesterday's calories 1332 Back in the TDEE zone
Carbs 45% 155g
Fat 48% 75g
Protein 7% 24g
I have been continuing to eat carbs until I'm satisfied and as I was somewhat hungover yesterday (and my workouts are starting to get tough), my breakfast was 904 calories and 83g of carbs in one sitting. It was a home made pear and berry crumble, some paleo pumpkin bread, some dairy free coconut yogurt (coyo) and a banana.
I didn't want anything for the rest of the day needless to say but when OH arrived home I did have a couple of small pieces of low fat sugar free tea loaf.
So its a fast day today and I'm back on the bulletproof coffee. I have already been in the gym (Kenpo today) so I feel back into a routine. Yesterday's workout was hard (biceps and back), and I have increased the weight load. I don't look like popeye yet - my muscles must be hiding under my bingo wings! At the end of next week I will be half way through the regime, which is a great milestone, as I never stick with anything this long.
