Fast 38

by rawkaren on 11 Dec 2013, 10:38

This is turning out to be a zero calorie 24 hours which I was not expecting to do. I have eaten nothing since yesterday lunchtime (social engagement), and don't have access to food for another 4 or 5 hours at least. Not in the slightest bit hungry.

Yesterday's calories estimated at 1146 (180 below TDEE)
Carbs 23% 56g
Fat 56% 65g
Protein 21% 51g

Breakfast bulletproof coffee. Lunch about a quarter cup of salted cashews, small steak, large salad with dressing and a glass of red wine.

GP's surgery just called. The hospital where I had my physical last week have picked up an unusual urine infection. Odd as no symptoms. They have prescribed me some antibiotics so will pick them up when I get home. Don't know any more. Very strange.

I'm pleased that you don't have any symptoms, but I hope that the prescribed antibiotics clear the infection for you so that you don't go on to develop any symptoms from that.
