Fast 42

by rawkaren on 20 Dec 2013, 16:41

I didn't complete Wednesday's fast so ended up doing it yesterday instead. I can't remember why I broke my fast, but it doesn't really matter except that it involved cheese

So fast 42 today is a back to back one.

Yesterday's calories 446
Carbs 17% 19g
Fat 57% 28g
Protein 26% 29g

Breakfast bulletproof coffee. Lunch - Prawn tagine with zero noodles. Did more than 10000 steps but still not picked up on exercise in the gym.

Today's calories (kitchen is now closed for the day) 532
Carbs 18% 23g
Fat 54% 31g
Protein 28% 36g

Breakfast bulletproof coffee. Lunch - home made chicken curry with zero noodles.

Off to wrap presents. Leicester run tomorrow. Supposed to weigh in tomorrow but might not have time to record, measure, etc etc as early start.
