Fitness and Fasting

The gym witch is doing her job. Have just finished the second week with her although I could not make one of the sessions because I was unwell. I can feel my strength returning especially in my shoulders and it feels good. The eating plan that I now have on non fast days is doing it's job. I have to eat every 3.5 hours and it's less than 65g of carbs a day, so I have started to lose again after a very very long time. However I was out at a BBQ last night and had tortilla chips which seem to be ubiquitous in California and bam - water weight gain of 500g overnight.

So fasting today. The gym witch is on holiday next week so I'm going to do a week of EOD as I will not be training so hard (Just some 30 day shred stuff to keep things moving I think).

My mum is having her 70th birthday party on 3rd January, so I have a goal as there are going to be alot of people there I have not see for a while. According to my 'Big Day' app, its 146 days away so that's enough time to see the benefit. If I'm lucky I will be back in sleeveless dresses. I had started to slowly cover them up but the gym witch makes me lift heavy and my muscles respond well, so I'm aiming to get back into my back tuxedo jumpsuit which is fab for special occasions. I only wear it twice a year max and it's pretty timeless. So I have put a photo of me in it on the Big Day app to remind me of the goal.
