Good Fast Day

Finally - got my groove on today. Lunch one chia pod and supper was a cucumber and tomato salad with cider vinegar.

Carbs 54% (30g)

Yesterday at the office, one of my colleagues bought me a burger for lunch from a chain called In N Out. I can't believe I ate it (including the fries). One hour later, I had palpitations. Lord only knows what was in it. I found out afterward that they do a protein only one which is basically a burger wrapped in lettuce rather than a bun.

I regretted it this morning when I saw the sky and realised shorts weather has arrived here. I have basically been in something of a holding pattern since I got here - gained a bit, so it's time to start thinking about the summer. I had originally given myself a year to lose all my weight. However I have a wedding to go to just before my annual fastiversary, so I need to start thinking about picking things up properly again. Thanks for sticking with me everyone and giving me support
