Just about on TDEE today - Hurrah!

Calories 1466 (TDEE is 1427)

Carbs 45% 173g (weight gain territory) :curse:
Fat 42% 73g
Protein 13% 50g

Breakfast. 2 slices of Julian Bakery Paleo Bread (low carb) and one poached egg
Lunch. Smoothie made with spinach, small avocado, 1 lime, large slice of pineapple, coconut water and young coconut meat. Picture below.
Snacks Builders chocolate and peanut protein bar. 2 bananas, Black bean and flax tortilla chips, small handful of walnuts.

Fast day tomorrow.
