Now pee'd off

by rawkaren on 10 Nov 2013, 08:41

Weight up .8lb's overnight. Yeah of course it is....... Pah! What on earth is happening? I didn't count my calories yesterday as I made a complicated savory baklava with so many ingredients in it I couldn't be bothered to record it. (PM me if you want the recipe). It was lovely, but very filling (I only had a small portion), but washed down with half a bottle of champagne (belated birthday celebration). I have no idea if that is called a pig out, but in my book, and considering I didn't eat anything else all day, I don't think so.....
Off to the gym. Plyometrics this morning. Boy am I fed up. :pissedoff: :pissedoff: :pissedoff:

Probably just water retention. I have had many such big increases in my weight during my journey, and that weight has always come back off just as quickly as it went on. I'm sure that it will do so for you as well.

Thanks John. I'm sure you are right. Lots of carbs last night.
