Raw Karen's Blog

Quickie Post

by rawkaren on 09 Dec 2013, 22:14

Late night post as early start tomorrow. Fast completed. Normal food days probably until Friday or even Saturday now as I'm travelling and its going to be hard to a)count calories and b)fast, due to the schedule..

Today’s fast was good but I didn't manage a liquid one, but it doesn't matter:

Calories 426
Carbs 22% - 24g
Fat 60% - 29g
Protein 18% - 20g

Started with a bulletproof coffee and lunch was roasted garlic and cauliflower soup. It wasn't enough so I had a coconut wrap stuffed with a small tin of john west yellowfin tuna in spring water, spring onions, cucumber and chicory. Hit the spot well.

Yoga was good but I tweaked my neck holding the shoulder stand for a little too long and ended up at the chiropractor for an emergency appointment. Serves me right for thinking I’m progressing.

No posts now until the weekend as I don't think I'm going to have much time. That will never do
