Refeed Over

by rawkaren on 12 May 2014, 06:25

It might have been @carieoates suggestion to try a re-feed. So that is what I did last week. I stayed off the forum completely (I was also really busy so no forum time).

So I'm starting over. I have not weighed myself, but I think I weigh more than ever, ie more than when I started last August.

Nearly a year wasted. Ah well.

What is done is done but the future is in front so back on the wagon and enjoy getting the weight off. I also fell off the wagon big time but it is going well again now. You can do it.

Karen the difference is what you've learnt over the last year, so you will be able to put it back together again. See what Julieathome said on the Ludlow meetup thread, and Domane as well. You're not alone.
