Second Fast of the week completed

To my surprise, I tested for ketones this morning and they were present, so I decided to treat myself to a full bulletproof coffee for breakfast which took half of my fast day calories. I had the coffee at 6.30am and when through all the way to 2pm before I had some fresh young coconut water and a protein bar. Tonight I have had some seaweed snacks (seasnax)

Calories 523

Carbs 25% (34g)
Fat 59% (35g)
Protein 16% (21g)
