Second Fast of the week completed

by rawkaren on 18 Mar 2014, 03:33

If we count Saturday as day one, I have just completed the second fast of the week.

Calories 491
Carbs 47% (60g)
Fat 33% (18g)
Protein 20% (25g)

Lunch was a pack of seasnax toasted onion flavour and a banana chia pod. Snack this afternoon was a protein bar and tonight a cucumber, tomato and red onion salad.

Yesterday was not too bad. I have stopped counting on non fast days at the moment (its all I can do to count on fast days right now). But it consisted of poached egg on paleo bread (grain free and low carb), ahi tuna tartare and citrus salad at lunch and a pure ground beef burger without the bun at night. 2 glasses of chardonnay (well it was Sunday).

Next fast day Wednesday! Everything still feels very tight on me though.
