This is awful, Karen. I'm so sad for you. What happened? How can it be? I know you moved to the US. Is this all about American food? Being stressed?
Think so @sallyo. Portions too big, too much eating out, too much flying, lots of nasties in foods. Have avoided all restaurants for the past few days. Staying vigilant.
Dear rawkaren, sorry to hear that but don't despair - I read another post in which you replied to someone else saying that you had been eating over your TDEE on non fast days - it's easy to slip (which is what I'm doing I think and the weight loss has really slowed down so I am going to try 4:3 in an effort to kick start it a bit) but you have had a lot of change in your life recently (it sounds like) but do hang in there because you know that if you stick with it then it will work (I have to remember that too)!
