2nd fast day

However both my OH and I work from home and he is sat munching chocolate opposite me not that I actually want to eat chocolate, but I am quite hungry. I know the reason for this is because since starting 5:2 I have gone back to having low fat Greek yoghurt, honey with muesli on normal days for breakfast which I have not had for several months! So I now feel like I am missing a treat as opposed to just missing breakfast which would not normally bother me too much.
Anyway I have my face buried in here (and work of course even I need a break lol) I'v had/having copious amounts of coffee and head phones on for distraction listening to the radio which incidentally half an hour ago they were also trying to make silly names with curry names which of course makes me think of the curry I'm having tonight!
Think I might check in later to see if my mood improves until then....
