So after much deliberation I decided on hit, I am not so enthused by exercise and plus I only have a tiny space to work in as I live on a boat, and yes some might say I have all the outdoor space I ever need living in the Algarve! That is not gonna happen any time soon because of me being so self consciousness.
But hay at least I have started, I even had another peek in the hit forum club but that all looks really very serious so I shyed away again form joining this.
Anyway my exercise consists of using this machine 3 times a week http://www.decathlon.co.uk/st320-steppe ... 11689.html
2mins warm up
60 secs all out
90 secs rest (although not 100% if that is still or at warm up pace so I just did warm up pace)
Repeat 5 times and then 1 min cool down
Then at some point through the week I will do strength exercises of 30 secs and 10 secs rest I will choose 3 of the following and then start with 10 of each and then go through again with 9 then 8 etc (Although not sure I will be able to complete that initially lol)
Squats, Jacks, Step, Triceps dip, High knee running on the spot, and Lunges.
So there we have it my new regime I forgot to mention that I plan on doing these on my fast days first thing in a morning as I am trying to think SMART and want this to be really maintainable and work for me.
