GOING MOUNTAINEERING .......BUT STILL SCARED OF HEIGHTS !

:cry: Mondays and Tuesdays are my fast days and normally I would be on my descent(PHEW) but not today :doh: Today is my sons birthday and we're off to the HARVESTER this evening.I work 9-1 so will fast AM do a dvd workout (to keep me out the kitchen)followed by a long soak and pamper :grin: May need to try ADF for a couple of weeks to avoid the scary mountain (was down to 64kg 7/2 but this morning 10/2 am 64.8 :shock: What goes up must come down and will conquor my fear of heights :lol:
