For some of us I think maintaining does mean a commitment to some of this....how much will depend on you're own body. If you gain weight easily then you will need to monitor your body closely during maintenance, because it can be very easy to slide back into bad eating habits. It really would be nice if this wasn't the case wouldn't it. Fasting gives other health benefits anyway.

For some of us I think maintaining does mean a commitment to some of this....how much will depend on you're own body. LOSING MY OBSESSION! (NOT)

Despite my weekend away in April sending my weight up from 61.5k on the 18th to 63.0k on 21st (and I was 62.7 on 1st) It took 9 days and 3 fasts to get down to 61.0k
1st May:-stopped weighing food/counting calories had a little of what I fancied still being careful with stodge n starchy foods and found I was eating same sort of portion size(visually!)
However,still weighed myself daily and where I continued to lose - lowest being 60.5k have gone back up to 61.0k Not too disappointed though as healthy BMI 21.7 and 9st 8lb UK size 8 top/10 bottom Just means I will have to keep my eye on the ball and have a fast day before and repair day after any major up and coming feast day........How will I cope after a week away with cooked brekkies and cream teas
