For some of us I think maintaining does mean a commitment to some of this....how much will depend on you're own body. If you gain weight easily then you will need to monitor your body closely during maintenance, because it can be very easy to slide back into bad eating habits. It really would be nice if this wasn't the case wouldn't it. Fasting gives other health benefits anyway. :grin:
