UP UP UP AND AWAY

by susbut65 on 13 May 2014, 07:34

Well,I have no idea what is going on with me  I started this month at a nice round 61K (9st 8lb) Sat 3rd 60.5K but with the knowledge of a chinese restaurant family feasting looming thought I was being really careful(even though I wasn't weighing and recording every morsel)
However, the morning of the feast weighed 61.5  and it has continued to rise Today 62.8  FOCUS/REPAIR back to weighing-recording-obsessing  OR NOT..... still under 10st (which I had'nt been since my late teens/early twenties) :like: and my size uk8 work trousers don't seem any tighter. SO.....whilst I am aiming to lose as much as possible over the next 10 days (ready for my week away)I am trying not to stress and obsess too much....wish me luck :clover:
