WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH?

by susbut65 on 22 Mar 2014, 16:36

Previous diets have had me looking tired/withdrawn/anorexic on reaching 10st but still being a size 12 (UK) NHS CHOICES BMI calculator states female 48yrs 5ft 6" Healthy weight range as low as 8st 3lbs (52.2K) up to 11st 2lbs  Yet here I am enjoying this 5:2 wol down to 9st 10lbs (61.7K) finding UK 10 a little loose. I AM NOT COMPLAINING  I have curves at last YAY :victory: But never had big boobies 35" at my largest (83K size 16) and now virtually non existant down to 32AA where can I find pretty bras that small? I'm thinking whilst my TARGET was 60k perhaps its time for me to maintain as I am scared I could still end up looking boney and ill........AS long as I keep an eye on the scales and fluctuate between 61 and 63k (max 10st) and stay comfortable in size 10(UK) that should be ENOUGH should'nt it :?:

Yes, it's not always about the numbers it's about how you look as a whole. And if it's maintainable, then that's the whole point isn't it. Well done luvvy.

Many thanks to Caroline for your comment, :like: I guess it is common sense really  and if I find it hard to maintain at where I am now,it would be harder still from an even lower weight
