weight: didn't dare weigh

I felt not as full as I should have waking up. Often if I have had a chipper I wouldn't eat tl lunch. However, I was hungry. Also, I was on night feed although baby didn't do too badly. He woke every 2hours crying in his sleep but he settled himself back. I can't understand what is causing him pain. It doesn't seem to be teeth but why else would he cry in his sleep. He then woke looking for a bottle at 530am so I gave that to him. It should have been a good night but I wake when he cries so while I dind't have to get up, my sleep was very broken.

I was a bit better on the food until I did something weird. Around dinner time, I began to think ok I need to gobble loads up as I will be fasting Mon, Wed and Fri. I also fast easier if I eat big the night before!!!! Not sure if that is the best way to think or get into a bad habit of thinking this way as I then I became a lunatic. My food looked like this:

Bfast: homemade low carb garlic cheese bread (305)
Lunch: mushroom soup and 2 slices of cheese bread in a restaurant(657) - very calorific
Dinner:Steak( 293), pepper sauce(53) oven chips (130), wine (255) indian pale ale (63)
Snack: wine gums (100), kinder bueno (123)

At 1030pm when heading to bed I grabbed that kinder bueno and shoved it down my gullet in anticipation of the feed day. It wasn't worth and I actually felt kind of sick after it. I will also point out that the family and I went a did a bit of a walk around a woodland area so I was quite active for a Sunday, Usually I just flake on the couch. It was a beautiful day yesterday adn we really enjoyed it. My OH wanted us to get chipper chips to go with the steak. I was sooooo close to giving in but then I said to him that we can't have chipper 2 days in a row and I wanted to limit takeaways to 1ce per week. So we had oven chips instead which aren't as calorie laden at least.

So the cals came in at 2309 with carbs up high at 177. Funnily enough I was more full yesterday than I had been the day before. Kind of sick full but my fat content was quite high for this day. I reckon the fat kept me full. Its hard to estimate the lunch as I was in a restaurant but I know they tend to be high calorie there so best to over estimate. It was very good soup also.

Anyway, I still wish I had managed to stay around the 1600cals mark so I give the day a 5/10. Dreading fast day tomorrow. Now my blog is all caught up and I'm hoping I will keep focused
