I had this on tuesday and it went okay. I'm doing another one tomorrow (Sunday) and hopefully, I will see through it again. I've been searching online for more meal guides to add more variety to mine (oatmeal and oatmeal so far). And I'm also looking to buy a weighing scale for my food since I'm still estimating if so and so is 100g, etc. Counting is good but it's funny how i add them over and over - checking to see how much more I can consume. haha!

A crazy busy day yesterday - which helps with fasting actually. But didn't have time to check in here. I made it through - ate within my 500 and didn't really mind it too much. Now to make sure I don't overdo on these days. I think that will be the trick to weight loss. Which is moving down, but slowly - very slowly. As long as it keeps moving I'll be happy.

Phew 3rd fast done yesterday.
Seem to be finding fasting easy.
I've started to picture my exciting breakfast (cereal with milk) the next day while fasting instead of my measly 30 grams of oats and water. Hay ho whatever gets me through!

Have been struggling to sleep on days i fast, hope it doesn't last for much longer.

Only lost 0.8 of a pound so far. Think i should of measured myself at the start. Probably would help.... will add to my to do list!

how long before i see some results??

Well according to my weight I seemed to have lost something, weigh-in tomorrow so I will enter weight in tracker and see if my being 'naughty' has affected weight loss.

1st day of fast this week, didnt have any breakfast and opted for my sweet omelette at lunch, made with 2 eggs and sweetner to flavour, I nearly ate my arm I was that hungry!

I shall now either attempt a bike ride or im thinking of doing the 30 day shred exercise regime to see if I can mange that......onwards and upwards (or downwards) for my weight loss I hope...Happy fasting :victory:

I just completed my 7th fast day yesterday. It was my first fast day that I didn't get a headache. I felt really good all day long. I was also experiencing some bloating and constipation in the past couple of weeks and that seems to be resolving. I'm feeling really good today so I hope my body has adjusted, and I'll be feeling good most days.

I think one of the reasons that I hadn't been feeling too great was the fact that I started the Fast Diet right after I'd been on another plan (Wheat Belly). I had been wheat-free since early January. Being on that diet for over 2 months, had me feeling quite unwell and I think some of that had not been resolved when I started the Fast Diet. As a vegetarian, being off wheat was quite difficult. That's why I am so enjoying the 5:2, because it is so simple.

So here's my current stats: three weeks in and I've lost 6.5 pounds and 1.5 inches off my weight. Since I'm feeling better, I'm hoping to really start exercising. So far I've only done...
