breakfast:)
100g baked beans on toast and coffee (black) TOTAL 139 calories
Water and herbal tea whilst at work
dinner:)
skinny chilly con carne TOTAl 246 calories
1 tangerine 40 calories
still have 75 calories to find.
Yet feel extremely full.
Weather 30oC today and usually have a hot meal on a hot day,
NO don't do cold meals on cold days !

I'm fasting today and it is my second fast of the week. Am also toying with the idea of fasting again Friday. Maybe the extra fast will help me get back on track. SIGH!

This is starting to feel like dieting instead of living and that is a bad thing. When I was making steady progress it was so much easier to motivate myself on fasting days.

My birthday is next week and I really was hoping to be smaller by then. After my steady success in the summer/fall I expected to keep moving along after Christmas and be closer to the 40 pound lost mark. Instead I'm flitting around 27, 28, 29. ARGH!]]>
