Haven't made a blog entry for nearly a year prob because bean and I have a joint one "Bean and Oates"

The Christmas challenge alongside sober for October really helped me get to a goal - reachable weight .
Unfortunately Christmas baggage was loaded on and had to be shifted quick.
Today I weighed in at 12 St 3 which is a nice low for me. Many of you who've seen me may think I'm Lower than that, in fact I'm proof that "Rocks in your Pockets " is a true phenomena.
I'm an exerciser and as a child, teen and pre children I did a lot of various sports, I've got big muscles. So don't be disheartened if you're not that perfect weight that the tables say you should be. At a waist of 34 inches and being 5ft 7 my waist to height ratio is good and my BMI is currently 26 I'm a size 14 below and sometimes 12 on the top.
I have a goal of 11.11 which is slowly getting within reach. I have added enthusiasm as I've unpacked the Xmas Baggage really...

Delighted to say that I lost 2.2lbs in Week 5 - bringing the total to exactly a stone and a half! Am chuffed to little meatballs....

It's given me such a boost, I can tell you. Clothes are definitely looser and I've stopped feeling such a second-class citizen - which is amazing!

It's Week 6 now, and I'm having a go at daily weighing - something I've never done before as the scales can be so disheartening. Something's different with me this time around though. I've decided I'm not going to let an individual reading get me down - so it's safe to read it! Tomorrow is another day...and all that.

Jumped on the scales this morning (Thursday 16th) to find, joy of joys, I've dropped 2.2lbs since Monday! Can't count my chickens though - as official weigh in day is not until next Monday...and anything could happen by then with the fickle scales! For now though, I'm just going to bask in the knowledge that things are once more going in the right direction - hurrah!]]>

I have alot of leftover chocolate in the house, which is a bit of a dilemma. Sometimes when I'm eating dinner I'll know i'm full but i'll still want to finish what's on my plate . Otherwise it would be a waste, right? But lately i've been thinking if I don't waste it, it's just going to go to my waist, so now I don't mind throwing out a little uneaten food. However . . . . I really don't think I can throw out my chocolate! I'll just have to try and be good and ration myself on non-fast days.

Today i've eaten:

1 store bought Moroccan soup 206
4 water crackers with dip 93
1 store bought Minestrone soup 167

I am finding that I can generally fast okay during the day but then I go and ruin it all in the evenings! and this is becoming an ever decreasing circle of habit, I have to get out of this rut :cry:

So I am fasting today I will write down everything I have and try to keep in control this evening hopefully this disgusting new photo will help me in this department. ohh well here's to a proper 500cal fast day :neutral:]]>
