Drinking a lot of tea as that helps on my hunger. Feeling fine so far, a little bit hungry but not too much. I'm thinking that that's probably not a good headspace to be in. I haven't updated my weigh in on the forum because I'm ashamed of the huge spike in my weight chart that will suddenly appear. I'm just sick of looking gross... So I guess it's time to start again.

If anybody is out there and has some inspirational words for me, now would be the time. I've sort of taken up residence on struggle street and could use a lift out of there.]]>

Exercise- not in the morning

AM... today is FAST day. I am ready. Got my cottage cheese, plum, two waters, v8 waiting at work, I need something else too like a veggie or I will not hold off until 5pm dinner time. I might just make dinner be something like wendys salad again. or a frozen diet meal.

I am not as freaked out about it as I was the first couple times. I know what works and what doesn't. Working re until 245pm will make it easier I think. At least for work. I need to buy some miso soup too for fast days.

I have 312 cals eaten today and have another 200 I an enjoy. I think I might have an egg.

I did pretty good all day. I felt less hungry but started to get famished nearer dinner.
First time I had dizziness so I had dinnr an hour early. I am thinking it could be from being tired too. Not much sleep in the past two days
I had another two cubes of cheese and crackers. Might have put me over, but that's...

The good news is that this morning I weighed in at 9, 9lb which is 2lb gone, hurray!

I think I need to start exercising again. I currently walk my dog every day and that is normally about 1 hour. The pace that I go does vary though and i could do with picking it up a bit. I could also do with doing a lot more.

It is day seven of no alcohol and I do not feel as though I am missing it very much - or at all? I haven't really been out socially with the exception of one lunch, though, so I think that has made a difference. I hope to carry on with this indefinitely.

I need to keep in mind some forthcoming events so that my motivation remains high. Africa in September, my brother-in-law's...

4 weeks in, still losing 2lbs a week, keep waiting for it to slow down. But the best thing? I've lost 3 inches off my waist! 3 inches!! Jeans that were tight a month ago are now loose, belts are having to be done up on second and third holes and not the largest.

I'm swimming 3 times a week before work as usual, and on the days I can't be arsed I just think of my clothes getting bigger and off I go :cool:]]>
